Payment Policy:
Members should have adequate funds in their account to cover
any immediate expenses. OutsourceHeaven.com fees are due
when the project closes ( When the Talent Provider accepts the
job). For Talent Seekers, you should have funds in your
account to cover the $10 commission. Talent Providers should
have funds to cover 10% of the winning bid amount. (If the winning
bid is $150, $15 will be debited from your account when you accept
the job) Talent Seekers are also encouraged to have funds
available in their account to cover payment due to the Talent
Provider . Many Talent Providers will request that you
transfer the winning bid amount from your account to our
OutsourceHeaven.com escrow account so they know their work will be
rewarded. Only the Talent Seeker can authorize release of
the funds when you are satisfied with the delivery of the final
product.. The Talent Seeker is completely responsible for
payments transferred to the provider. You are strongly
encouraged to not release funds to the provider until you have
received and are completely satisfied with the final
product. Please be warned: Once
payment has been transferred to the provider, there will be
no refund issued by OutsourceHeaven.com. If you transfer
funds from your account to our escrow account and the project
fails to materialize, we will, at our discretion, restore the escrowed amount to
your OutsourceHeaven account using the same method of payment
initially used to make the deposit. We must receive your
refund request within 45 days from commencement of the project.
But remember, once the funds have been transferred to the
provider, OutsourceHeaven.com will not issue a refund, so be
certain that you are satisfied, before you transfer money to the
Talent Provider.
