After signing up, you can open a project and provide all the details of what it is you want. Talented service providers and vendors will then be able to view your project and bid on it. This is similar to an auction, except in reverse, and you choose the winning bid yourself. You are under no obligation to select the lowest bid (or any bid at all). Once you have selected the Talent, the project begins and your Talent Seekers account will be debited the $10 OutsourceHeaven service fee. There is absolutely no charge to post a project. You are only charged when the project begins).
That's it! You will be provided with the contact information for the selected provider and you will discuss completion of your project. We encourage you to deposit the bid amount OutsourceHeaven.com escrow for your protection and the protection of the Talent Provider.

Browse the list of projects posted for the ones you are interested in, or have OutsourceHeaven send you an e-mail whenever a new project is posted that fits your expertise. When you sign up, you will post information about yourself or your company as well a portfolio of your work. If you are a designer, you can upload design samples, or if you are a writer, you can upload articles that display your writing style. If you decide to place a bid on a project, you will be notified if via email if you are the winning bidder. Once you accept the offer, the project begins, and your Talent Provider account will be debited 10% (or $5, whichever is greater) of the winning bid amount. The 10% is the OutsourceHeaven.com service fee. You will be provided with the Talent Seekers email address and you are encouraged to contact them as soon as possible. For your protection, you may request that the Talent Seeker place the bid amount in an OutsourceHeaven.com escrow account under your user name. When the project is completed as agreed and to the buyer's satisfaction, the Talent Seeker will release the funds to you and your account will be credited. You may request a withdrawal at any time
